The RPR is obliged to change the political slogan of the next meeting of the movement scheduled for June 17 since the socialist candidate, Bertrand Delanoë chose exactly the same campaign theme for the 2001 municipal elections in Paris. "Change of era" is finally retained by the PS, the latter having announced it before the RPR. Patrick OLLIER, a member of the RPR, explains that this change in slogan is a real technical problem. The commercial Jacques SEGUELA, recalls that this is not a first and tells that the slogan he had created in 1988 for François Mitterrand had been taken over for the campaign of Alain Juppé.
