Aquitanian magistrates and lawyers against the bill on detention of security
In Bordeaux, the Syndicat de la magistrature and the Syndicat des avocats de France denounce the Dati bill on detention of security that will be examined in the Senate. This law provides for a draft additional sentence after a sentence of more than fifteen years in prison. 2,000 incarcerated people would be targeted in the Southwest. Explanations with Ollivier Joulin, vice-president of the TGI and the Syndicat de la magistrature, and Sandrine Gaillardet, of the Syndicat des avocats de France.
