The association CAPS (culture-animation-prevention-sport) carries out projects with the population of the Philéas LEBEGUE district of Amiens, in the north of the city. Example of the help to 4 very young rap musicians, gathered in the group SDC (crime syndicate), which rehearses in the premises of the association "Melody in the basement". They explain why they called their crime syndicate.
