Report illustrating the signing of the agreement between Alain PEYREFITTE (Minister of Information) and Sergei VINOGRADOV (Soviet Ministry of Foreign Affairs), confirming the adoption by the USSR of the SECAM process of colour television. In the workshop of the Compagnie Française de Télévision in Levallois, the engineer Henri de FRANCE briefly recounts the genesis of this new process of which he is the inventor.
