Report on the National School of Administration (ENA) on the occasion of its possible abolition by the State. The ENA, located in Strasbourg, was created in the aftermath of the Second World War by General de Gaulle to train senior officials and state officials. Today, the school has become an institution from which many political leaders have come. A commentary on archival images and illustrations alternates with interviews with residents in Strasbourg.
