Un homme, Dino Scala, soupçonné d'être un violeur en série a été arrêté hier à Maubeuge, dans le Nord. Agé de 57 ans, père et grand-père, il a reconnu une quarantaine de viols et d'agressions sexuelles dont la première daterait de 1988 et la dernière il y a seulement quelques jours en Belgique où il a été repéré. Témoignage d'une voisine, de Michel Detrait (maire DVD de Pont-sur-Sambre, Nord), de Jean-Philippe Vicentini (procureur de la République de Valenciennes), et de David Lavaux (maire d'Erquelinnes, Belgique).
