Reportage. Jean Maurice Agnelet, 74, sentenced in 2007 to 20 years in prison for the murder of Agnès Le Roux, his former mistress, who disappeared in 1977, will have a third trial. His conviction was overturned by the European Court of Human Rights, which found his trial unfair. This afternoon the Court of Cassation ordered his release. The victim’s family is devastated. Update on archive images, factual images, photographs and interviews of Jean Charles LE ROUX, brother of Agnès, Master François SAINT PIERRE.
