La cité des Bosquets à Montfermeil, en Seine Saint Denis, réputée pour son délabrement et sa population immigrée défavorisée, est concernée par le "Plan Borloo", consistant à une grande rénovation des quartiers populaires et des logements sociaux pour favoriser la mixité sociale, passant notamment par des destructions d'immeubles et des relogements.
