Dans le procès de l’affaire d’Outreau, c’est le juge d'instruction Fabrice Burgaud qui a témoigné aujourd'hui, au tribunal de Saint-Omer, dans le Pas de Calais. Il devait s’expliquer sur les éventuels manquements de son instruction. Roselyne Normand et Dominique Wiel, accusés, affirment qu’il a toujours cherché des preuves à charge les concernant. Maître Hubert Delarue et maître Dupond Moretti, avocats de la défense, parlent d’un homme figé dans sa bonne conscience, un technicien, qui estime avoir parfaitement rempli son rôle de juge d’instruction.
