En 2002 les médecins généralistes souhaitaient une revalorisation de leurs honoraires. La négociation s'annonçait rude entre les syndicats de médecins et la CNAM. Certains médecin menaçaient de se déconventionner et de fixer librement le montant des consultations. Rencontre avec le médecin généraliste Vincent Laustriat, qui pour la première fois dévidait de faire grève.
Dans son cabinet, le docteur Laustriat reçoit un patient en consultation. Interviewé il explique : "...depuis que j'exerce je n'ai jamais une durée aussi longue sans augmentation sans revalorisation, donc il est légitime que ce soit revalorisé..."
