Examination of Total Fina Elf in the investigation into the sinking of the Erika and the oil slick on the coast of Brittany. Daniel SOULEZ LAVIVIERE claims that Total is not guilty, and that he would plead not guilty if they were in another country. Master Thomas DUMONT hopes that this examination will allow in the future to avoid this kind of tragedy and to ban the circulation of obsolete tankers.
