Asked about her life as a director, Nina COMPANEEZ explains that to succeed, you have to put your job before everything else: "my life is cinema". She lives alone with her daughter and mother and works a lot. A private life dotted between the films, which should not bite on its time of creation but feeds its inspiration. She says "enter a cell" when she writes and prepares a film, and that at those moments, there is no man in her life.
