Law of 1901: Association band

The celebration of the centenary of the 1901 law on non-profit associations has revealed the extraordinary network of French associations with nearly 900,000 associations throughout the country, from the very large megapole to the smallest village. Example of the band of Villers-Côterets near Laon in Aisne. Commentary on factual images and interviews with two of its members, Jean-Marc TRACHE (battery) and Véronique MARTIN (idem).
