For the second consecutive year, in Epernay (Marne), at the initiative of great chefs and master pastry chefs of the association "Les Etoilés", a jury must decide on the latest creations in Christmas logs. The one judged the best by these expert professionals, called "Christmas Log of the Stars", will be served during the festivities of the biggest restaurants in the region.
