Tasting for the selection of the Christmas log of the Stars
For the second consecutive year, in Epernay (Marne), at the initiative of great chefs and master pastry chefs of the association "Les Etoilés", a jury must decide on the latest creations in Christmas logs. The one judged the best by these expert professionals, called "Christmas Log of the Stars", will be served during the festivities of the biggest restaurants in the region. Commentary on factual images and interviews Gérard BOYER (honorary president of the Institute of Taste), Vincent DALLET (pastry chef) and Patrick MICHELON (chef of the restaurant of the "Berceaux").
