L'aquitaine est le terroir des grands crus, et le château d'Yquem est un de ses représentants. Devant la prestigieuse propriété, le gérant présente le vin produit sur le domaine. Ce vin blanc liquoreux est vendangé d'une manière très particulière. Le raisin est en effet cueilli lorsqu'il est attaqué par un champignon, le botrytis cinerea, responsable d'une pourriture noble. Les grains de raisins ne pourrissent pas en même temps, ce qui amène à vendanger plusieurs fois.
