After the oral questions, we continue the hearings of the speakers on the bill concerning the voluntary termination of pregnancy, presented in the Council of Ministers on 13 November 1974 by Simone Veil, Minister of Health. Extract from the speech of Michel Debré defending the principle of respect for human life, proposing to support motherhood, asking to define the exceptional cases in which abortion may be authorized (therapeutic abortion) and reaffirming its opposition to this project
