Today is the historic day of the transition between the USSR and the CIS, Mikhail GORBACHEV is about to spend his last day in the Kremlin as president of the USSR and the new name of Russia was voted in Parliament, it will now be called the Russian Federation. The new Federation flag is already floating on the Kremlin.
