Jacques Chirac: "I would not say that there is not in the justice a certain confusion"
The President of the Republic Jacques CHIRAC, points out dysfunctions in the justice system, but explains that "it is not the judges who are involved, it is the State". He adds "When there is confusion, there is doubt, and when doubt comes to the level of the law, it is obviously very bad".
