Nicolas SARKOZY challenges the functioning of justice in the 93 and accuses a laxity of the magistrates of the court of Bobigny: "The problem with the Seine Saint Denis is that there are more juvenile delinquents and when you saw the statements of a magistrate who practises in Seine Saint Denis saying that his policy was not to put offenders in prison, it is certain that we can continue to arrest offenders, if we do not put them in prison and if we take no consequences, there is little chance that it will work!" Jean Pierre ROSENZWEIG, president of the Children’s Court, defends himself: "We are accused in the 1800 cases where the children were referred for not having incarcerated. But it is precisely the court that defers the most. there is no court in France that reacts so quickly to the delinquency of young people!"
