Chad: Memory of World War II participation

In Fort Lamy, capital of Chad, the memory of the capture of Koufra guided in 1941 by Marshal Leclerc is still visible. Street names and other monuments bear witness to this. President François TOMBALBAYE reaffirms before French television the importance of the ties between the two countries. The images of the city are mixed with an insert of an archive of Marshal Leclerc reviewing the Chadian troops.
