President Tombalbaye on French intervention in Chad
Faced with the stalemate of the civil war in Chad, President François TOMBALBAYE appealed to the support of French troops. The latter answers questions from journalist Jacques ABOUCHAR. He acknowledged that the country’s infrastructures and administrations were not well prepared initially by the French following independence.
