Grande-Synthe : plainte contre l'Etat pour inaction face au réchauffement climatique
Le maire écologiste de Grande-Synthe Damien Carême a déposé un recours contre l'Etat pour inaction dans la lutte contre le changement climatique. Il réclame la mise en place de politiques efficaces pour baisser les émissions de gaz à effet de serre.
Implantée sur des polders, des terrains conquis sur la mer, sa commune serait particulièrement vulnérable face à la montée des eaux. C'est pourquoi il veut obliger l'Etat à respecter ses engagements.
