Pascal Vaillant a été blessé par une grenade lacrymogène instantanée lors de la manifestation du 29 janvier 2009 à Saint Nazaire, le laissant avec un pied complétement mutilé. Si le ministère de l'Intérieur a interdit l'usage des grenades responsables de la mort de Rémi Fraisse, celles qui ont blessé le nazairien sont toujours autorisées. L'ancien menuisier est reconnu comme travailleur handicapé à 75%, pourtant aucune de ses plaintes n'a abouti. Il engage une nouvelle action judiciaire contre l'Etat pour usage injustifié de grenades offensives. Après avoir montré à la caméra son pied mutilé, Pascal Vaillant témoignage.
