Symbol of the failure of urban planning policies of the 1960s, the city of the Bosquets de Montfermeil in the Paris suburbs, gradually becomes a ghetto. The decay of buildings, the lack of public infrastructure, the concentration of poor families from immigration, create a social apartheid in the city, which are trying to repair urban renewal plans.
