The Boehlen or Bohlen is an East German oil tanker has just sunk in the storm off the Seine Island in Brittany on October 15, 1976. The oil slicks are likely to reach the Brittany coast.Off the Sein Island, the slim layer of oil is used to attack the surface fish and to prevent the marine environment from oxygenating in a thin layer.
