FRANCHE COMTE SERUM is on the rise! For its twentieth anniversary the PMI franc-comtoise, which is based in Port-sur-Saône, decided to diversify the uses of whey. Originally this product is used in the preparation of feed for pigs. The company achieves its best export figures, with China as its first customer, and soon Thailand and India.
