Raymond Barre visits the Franche Comté Sérum factory in Port-sur-Saône
Raymond BARRE, deputy of the Rhône and former Prime Minister, passing through Franche-Comté, visited the factory FRANCHE COMTE SERUM in Port-sur-Saône. This company is the second French producer of whey and holds 5% of the European market. Created in 1973, the factory collects serums from cheese factories in 11 departments in the east and transforms them for agri-food use. It has 65 employees and 85% of its turnover is exported.
