Review of the 15th Conference of the Parties (COP15) of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change held in Copenhagen, Denmark. While it was supposed to be an opportunity for the 192 countries that had ratified the Convention to renegotiate an international climate agreement replacing the Kyoto Protocol, no agreement was found.
