Aubry and Guéant in Marseille on security
Security will be one of the themes of the presidential campaign as evidenced by the visits of Claude Guéant, Minister of the Interior, Overseas Territories, Territorial Collectivities and Immigration and Martine Aubry, candidate for the Socialist primary for the presidential election, in Marseilles. The first came to install the new prefect, the second invited herself by surprise to Marseille.. Claude GUEANT: "We have observed for a good year, a drift that is worrisome and very unfair for Marseilles and I intend to set up the means and strategies, which make it possible to return to Marseilles a tranquility to which they are entitled". Martine AUBRY "I would be the president of the security of all the French. I blame Nicolas Sarkozy, who for 10 years has been in charge of security as Minister of the Interior and now as President of the Republic, for using insecurity and not fighting it as I will."
