The rector of the Paris mosque, Dalil Boubakeur, has just been elected President of the French Council of the Muslim Cult (CFCM) and already voices are rising against a moderate Islam. Archival images of the agreement reached the day before with the government and a statement by Dalil Boubakeur on the dangerous task ahead: "We will have to hurry slowly and not lose heart".
