This morning, in the Council of Ministers, the draft law designed to relax the 35 hours. It will be examined at the beginning of October in Parliament. In practice, this is a possible return to 39 hours of work per week. Without amending the Aubry law on the reduction of working time, the government’s bill allows employers to bypass it through overtime, which is less costly and more numerous.
