Pacifism in Hiroshima

Report on the efforts of the Japanese to fight nuclear weapons around the world, especially in Hiroshima, where the Peace Memorial is located and where the inhabitants are the defenders of pacifist values, as the country commemorates in these days the 60th anniversary of the explosions of atomic bombs in Hiroshima (August 6, 1945) then three days later in Nagasaki, and inaugurates in Hiroshima a "walking monument", the work of two Frenchmen, which symbolizes the transition from war to peace where the word "peace" is written in 49 languages. A commentary on factual images alternates with interviews of two pacifist demonstrators who came to pray for a world without weapons and Minoru HATAGUCHI, son of 1945 victim, and director of the Peace Museum.
