The headquarters of the Communist Party was targeted by an attack in Marseilles. The act provoked unanimous reactions of solidarity to the CP. Georges Lazzarino, a Communist deputy from the Bouches du Rhône, reacted: "We would like to develop repression against the workers in favour of this fascist activity". In his speech, he accused the public authorities of complicity.
