Le 15 pour le SAMU, le 17 pour Police secours et le 18 pour les pompiers, ce sont les numéros qu'il faut appeler, en cas d'urgence. Le problème, c'est qu'il y a de plus en plus d'appels abusifs. Depuis 2004, on s'approche, chaque année un peu plus, de la saturation. Du coup, une campagne est lancée pour responsabiliser les Français.
