Information message on glass recycling

Some municipalities in Normandy are currently setting up simultaneous collection of glass and plastic in order to reduce waste. The aim is to avoid throwing away glasses and plastic bottles and placing them in containers. A company then collects the glass and transports it to Le Havre. The glasses are remade by the glassware of Graville for the manufacture of new bottles. The plastic bottles are delivered to a factory in Le Havre for the manufacture of pipes and sheaths for cables.
