The recovery of stale bread
Every year, in the Dijon region, 1500 tons of bread are thrown away. To combat this waste, the Confédération syndicale des familles has set up a system for distributing bags in bakeries. The bread is then given to pig farmers. Comment on images made in a bakery alternating with a consumer micro-sidewalk on the waste of bread.
