Chewing gum on the Champs Elysées

Chewing gum on the Champs Elysées

Chewing gum, chewing gum, carelessly thrown into the street, is embedded in the granite of the pavements of the Champs Elysées or that of the esplanade of the pyramid of the Louvre. The problem of cleaning this waste is solved thanks to the method used at Eurodisney, the high pressure jet used twice a year but which is expensive for the City of Paris, as explained by Rémi Guillet, scientific and technical advisor.
