Les affrontements font 15 morts et des centaines de blessés. Dans ce reportage, l'avocate générale de la ville déclare que "certains policiers sont racistes" et devraient être "renvoyés". Les images montrent également la situation économique difficile de la communauté noire. De jeunes noirs ayant participé aux émeutes évoquent les faits. L'un d'entre eux montre une blessure causée par une balle. Un autre fait une métaphore en comparant le sort de certaines races de chiens à celui des noirs américains : "Quand vous persécutez une race, l'autre race doit en subir le contre coup", justifiant ainsi les représailles récentes des noirs à l'égard des blancs.
