In Paris, the MGEN health and care centre receives 1,300 patients per day, employs more than 200 full-time or temporary doctors and specialists, 300 para-medical employees, ultrasound specialists, dentists and an analysis laboratory. Interview with Ms Plessis, doctor, satisfied to be able to send patients quickly to special colleagues and this mode of operation between public center and liberal doctors, it is for her complementarity and not competition. Two doctors, Dondin and Michal, liberal doctors, question the quality of care and exchanges between the doctor and the patient in health centers, the practitioners being less available and listening to their patients.
