Justice Burgaud is not sanctioned by the Superior Judicial Council
Judge Fabrice Burgaud, who was heard by the disciplinary board of the Conseil Supérieur de la Magistrature, was ultimately not sanctioned for the malfunctions in the investigation of the Outreau case. He gets a simple reprimand. The judge’s lawyer, Patrick Maisonneuve, is nevertheless indignant at a decision he considers "political". Three "acquitted" of the case, Karine Duchochois, Dominique Wiel and Alain Marécaux, do not understand the lack of real sanction.
