The report of the Judicial Services Inspectorate on the dysfunctions of justice in the Outreau case spares Judge Burgaud, found neither guilty nor responsible. At a press conference, Christian Raysseguier, Inspector General of Judicial Services, talks about awkwardness and inexperience but about no fault that deserves a penalty. The defendants' lawyers, Mr Frank Berton and Mr Eric Dupond Moretti, denounce this decision regardless of the harm suffered by their clients.
