Justice Burgaud and the Outreau case

Reminder of the facts on the eve of the hearing of Judge Burgaud before the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry for his investigation of the Outreau case in 2001. During his first post, at Boulogne sur mer, in the Pas-de-Calais, the young magistrate was charged with instructing the trial for pedophilia of Outreau. He was transferred after a year and auditioned in 2004 before the court of assizes of Saint Omer to answer for possible malfunctions. Hubert Delarue, lawyer of Alain Marécaux, one of the acquitted, speaks of a justice technician who has no regrets.
