Tous les jours, les ouvriers de l'atelier se réunissent pour faire le point sur l'avancée du travail. Certains d'entre eux participent aux réunions concernant les futures innovations de l'entreprise. Interviewé, le technicien support Pascal Scovolo explique : "Les gens communiquent entre-eux, se transmettent des informations entre-eux et ont envie de se faire évoluer les uns les autres".
