François Mitterrand on the 1988 parliamentary elections
Address by François Mitterrand, two days after the second round of the 1988 parliamentary elections following the dissolution of the National Assembly. He says: "Even relative, the parliamentary majority exists, it is strong, it is coherent, it will last".
