François Fillon for the majority criminal at 16 years to fight against delinquency
Report in Compiègne, where François FILLON, candidate Les Républicains in the 2017 presidential election, said he was in favour of the criminal majority at 16, to punish more severely young offenders after riots in the suburbs and attacks on police officers. This measure, promoted by Nicolas SARKOZY, was not included in the candidate’s programme. Amending the 1945 order that provides lighter sentences for young offenders would be unacceptable to the left. Commentary on factual images and illustration images, statement by François FILLON, LR candidate in the presidential election, reaction of Marylise LEBRANCHU, former Keeper of the Seals.
