The colloquium "Etre citoyen" was held in Paris at the Economic and Social Council. Prime Minister Laurent Fabius delivered the closing speech. Excerpt from the speech where the Prime Minister says what it means to be a citizen: "The French have real assets provided they believe in themselves and in their country. This is what it means to be a citizen".
