Reconstruction of the murder of little Gregory
The president of the Indictment Chamber of the Court of Appeal of Dijon, Judge Maurice Simon, organizes a reconstitution three years after the murder of little Grégory Villemin, found drowned in Vologne on October 16, 1984. Today, the magistrate proceeded, on the banks of Vologne, to the reconstruction of the conditions in which the body of the child was thrown to the river. Two dummies were successively used to try to determine where the body was thrown into the water. At the end of the day, the conclusions of the defence and the civil party were radically opposed. The commentary on the images of the gendarmes throwing a mannequin in Vologne, during the re-enactment, alternates with the interview of Master Jacques LEAUTE, new lawyer of the civil party.
