Report in the company restaurant of a large automobile firm, in Aulnay, where the manager of the management company describes the organization of meals, divided into three services, from 11 am to 1 pm, and specifies the time available to the workers for lunch, between 30 and 45 minutes. When asked about these meals, employees who are having lunch around a table, say they are satisfied with the choice offered, even if the quality is not always there. Lunch on site also allows them to leave earlier in the evening and save on transportation costs.
