Presentation of the model of the future Orsay hotel on the site of the old railway station
Pierre MOUSSA, chairman of the study committee for the construction of the work, comments on the model of the future hotel d'Orsay on the site of the former Orsay station. This hotel would include 800 rooms, hundreds of parking spaces, meeting rooms, a heated swimming pool and a panoramic restaurant. The demolition of the Gare d'Orsay is planned for the year 1970, and the construction of the hotel should begin in the spring of 1971.
